In early 2008, Elan will launch the enhanced Client Resource
Center, making management of your credit card program even easier
and more effective!

With the many exciting changes coming to the Client Resource
Center in 2008, we have revised the Elan Client User ID Set-Up
Form.

The calculated Annual Percentage Rates (APR) on all credit cards
will be decreasing .50% effective on December 17, 2007.

Each year the national associations, MasterCard International and
Visa U.S.A., assess all members an annual license fee of $100.
Financial institutions are billed the week of December 17, 2007,
and will receive a debit notice in the mail.

 Click on "Client Resource Center" and log in with your assigned
User ID and password. Click on "Credit Card Resources", Client
Resource Center and "Bulletins" and choose the bulletin listed
above.
