With the many exciting changes coming to the Client Resource Center in 2008, we have revised the Elan Client User ID Set-Up Form. The calculated Annual Percentage Rates (APR) on all credit cards will be decreasing .50% effective on December 17, 2007. Each year the national associations, MasterCard International and Visa U.S.A., assess all members an annual license fee of $100. Financial institutions are billed the week of December 17, 2007, and will receive a debit notice in the mail.
