The new application has been reduced to 5 pages for your convenience. We are confident that you will find this version to be very user friendly. Below are highlights of some of the enhancements: The Sponsorship Rebate field has moved from page 5 to page 2 to be in the Pricing Information Section.The Discover EASI option is no longer available. If a merchant wants to accept Discover Cards, simply check the appropriate box at the top of page 2 in the Card Acceptance section. (The merchant will receive the same rates for Discover as Visa/MasterCard).We have added the Ladco Lease agreement to the merchant application; therefore no additional documentation is necessary. (Page 2) Electronic Gift Cards (EGC) are one of our most requested products. We have expanded this section in order that you have the opportunity to order gift cards for new merchants simply by placing the information on the merchant application. (Existing merchants will need to complete the EGC Enrollment form located on the Bank-Info Center in order to be set up to accept gift cards.) Additionally, we have completed a comprehensive Merchant Application Instruction Guide to accompany the new application, which provides clear and concise line-by-line instructions to better assist you. Please begin utilizing this paperwork immediately and inform your branch locations of this change. All applications received on/after November 1, 2007 will not be processed on previous versions of the application. Applications should continue to be faxed to 800-616-1383 or 865-403-6476.
