on MasterCard(R) Compromise Card Reimbursements.  
MasterCard Security Alerts for each compromise card 
case are posted in the Bulletins section.  There are 
five MasterCard compromise cases.  The case numbers 
and due dates are:

MCA264-US-06 due to Elan by Friday, June 22, 2007

MCA475-US-06 due to Elan by Friday, June 29, 2007

MCA496-US-06 due to Elan by Friday, June 29, 2007

MCA604-US-06 due to Elan by Monday, July 2, 2007

MCA604-EU-06 due to Elan by Friday, July 6, 2007

One Excel spreadsheet must be completed for 
reimbursement associated with each MasterCard case.  
Call the Elan Client Assistance Center at 800.456.4307 
to request the spreadsheet.

Completed spreadsheets must be returned to Elan by 
email to this address:

mcreimburse@elanfs.com

Indicate the case number in the subject line of the 
email.

Please remember to return the spreadsheet for each 
case by its respective due date.
