Resource Center for information on MasterCard 
Compromise Card Reimbursements. MasterCard Security 
Alerts for each compromise card case are posted under 
the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => 
Product Announcements & Updates. There are five 
MasterCard compromise cases. The case numbers and 
due dates are:

MCA264-US-06 due to Elan by Friday, June 22, 2007

MCA475-US-06 due to Elan by Friday, June 29, 2007

MCA496-US-06 due to Elan by Friday, June 29, 2007

MCA604-US-06 due to Elan by Monday, July 2, 2007

MCA604-EU-06 due to Elan by Friday, July 6, 2007

One Excel spreadsheet must be completed for reimbursement 
associated with each MasterCard case.  The spreadsheet is 
located under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product 
Information => Client Forms => MasterCard Compromise 
Reimbursement Form.

Completed spreadsheets must be returned to Elan by email 
to this address:

mcreimburse@elanfs.com

Please remember to return the spreadsheet for each case 
by its respective due date.
