be randomly selecting financial institutions to 
participate in this important study. Should your 
institution be selected for this study, we would 
greatly appreciate your willingness to be 
involved. Your insight will help us to address 
the unique needs and goals of our partners and 
help to improve our services for all. 

The first phase of the research entails 
telephone interviews. You are receiving this 
initial communication as you have been 
identified as someone who plays an active role 
in the Elan relationship within your financial 
institution, and therefore the person who will 
be contacted for the telephone interview. If you 
are not the person we should speak with, please 
let us know who should be contacted. We hope 
that your schedule can accommodate this short 
interview.

and will not identify specific participants; 
results will be reported as a whole. Our 
research partner, Momentum Market Intelligence, 
may be contacting you and will be handling the 
interviews as an independent third party.
