that will be announced to your merchant portfolio 
via statement message. 

Due to the changes in debit and credit card 
association fee structure, Elan will be 
implementing changes to merchant processing fees 
effective April 1, 2006. At the present time we 
do not have specific details of the changes. In 
order to notify merchants, a statement message 
will appear on the February merchant processing 
statement. 

We will be providing you with the specifics 
once they have been announced and  have an 
implementation plan in place. Please expect to 
receive the detailed announcement early March.
