Sending a Hug

What is better than a sweet homemade Valentine from your grandchild? An ENTIRE HUG! If you can’t be there in person, this is the next best thing! Just grab a large mailing envelope, some markers and a roll of solid wrapping paper or mailing paper from Dollar Tree. Roll the paper out on the floor and have little Bobby or Suzy lie down on the paper, spreading their arms as wide as possible. Take a marker and draw an outline around their body. Hand over the markers and let them decorate the “hug”. Fold it up and mail it to Grandma and Grandpa (or think about how wonderful a deployed Mom or Dad would feel to get this as part of a care package). Be sure to add the extra postage for the
bigger envelope!
