Easy Step-by-Step Directions:
- Print out photos of your guests (this can be done a few days ahead of time).
- Cut black construction paper widthwise into 2" to 3" strips.
- Cut the heads out of the photos.
- Cut collars, hat bands, and bonnets out of white paper, and hats out of black paper.
- Glue all of the pieces together. Use Glitter Glue to draw buttons and hat buckles.
- Once the glue is dry, tape the pilgrims around rolled napkins and set the table!
