Or maybe you are inviting your sweetie over to curl up on the couch and watch movies? Whatever you are doing this Valentine’s Day be sure to make a batch of this addictive snack mix and your day is guaranteed to be sweet!
Shop at Dollar Tree — Here’s What You’ll Need:
- ½ C unpopped popcorn (or 2 bags of microwave popcorn, lightly buttered or low sodium)
- 1 - 12 oz. Package of Pretzels
- 5 - 1.55 oz. Cookies and Cream Candy Bars
- Red Food Coloring
Easy Step-by-Step Directions:
- Pop the popcorn according to the package (or your popper’s) directions.
- Pour the popcorn into a large bowl, dump the pretzels over top. Mix together.
- Melt the candy in the microwave and stir with a couple drops of the red food coloring.
- Pour a small amount over the popcorn/pretzel and toss. Repeat until all of the candy coating has been added to the popcorn/pretzels.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving so the chocolate has time to harden.
