Skip the high cost and make this clever version yourself to dress up your dining room or kitchen. Using items found at Dollar Tree, yours will be just as cool and trendy at just a fraction of the cost!
Shop at Dollar Tree — Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Mirror (can be found in the candle section)
- Stainless-Steel Flatware with Smooth, Flat Handles (we used 8 each of forks, knives, and spoons)
- A Small Plate
- A CD or DVD
- Cardboard
- Heavy Glue or Glue Sticks
Easy Step-by-Step Directions:
- Lay out and glue the flatware to the CD, using the center as a guide. Use a generous amount of glue and stagger the ends of the flatware so they will all fit. Make sure to leave the hole of the CD open.
- Glue the mirror to the top of the plate (back mirror with cardboard if it doesn’t lay flat on the plate surface).
- Glue the bottom of the plate to the cutlery using generous amounts of glue.
- Let dry and hang from the CD hole on the wall.
