• Clear Plastic Party Cups
• Cellophane Bags or Wrap
• Ribbon

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

1. Prepare, bake, and decorate the cupcakes to your liking.
2. Place each cupcake inside of a plastic party cup. To help avoid messing up the icing and decorations, hold the cupcake just above the opening of the cup and drop it quickly.
3. Cut the cellophane wrap into 17x17" squares.
4. Place the cup on top of a piece of cellophane.
5. Gather the cellophane up around the cup, bringing it together just above the top of the cup. Cinch the cellophane and tie it tightly with a pretty ribbon.
